Internal Quality Auditor
Internal auditing is fundamental to any quality improvement initiative. In particular, the ISO 9000 series of standards require that an organisation conduct internal quality audits to determine the effectiveness of its quality system. Auditors carrying out these internal audits should be competent to do so.
Thousands of internal audits are performed each year providing little internal business benefit. This course focuses on auditing ISO 9001 for real quality improvement and performance rather than just compliance.
This two-day course provides training in the purpose and structure of ISO 9001 and then trains the delegate in developing the skills necessary to be an effective internal auditor.
