Pat has worked in all aspects of general management in a multinational company in an international environment and has several years experience in applying the principles of continuous improvement. Since 2004 he has managed the ICBE - a business led knowledge sharing network of leading companies in Ireland.

Dermot O'Neill Client Manager
Dermot O'Neill MSC (MGMT), MIIE, DIP. Bus. Studies. DIP. Quality Mgmt.
Dermot has worked as client services manager with ICBE since 2003. He also works as business excellence manager responsible for the management of all aspects of training, providing value for money & time and ensuring a high standard of training provision through formal and informal channels. Dermot has worked mainly in senior operational and engineering roles prior to his appointment to ICBE.

Caoimhe Cullinane ICBE Client & Network Manager
Caoimhe Cullinane M.Sc., Human Resources Management. DIP. Network Management
Caoimhe has held the position of ICBE Client/Network Manager since February 2006. Prior to joining ICBE she held positions in Human Resources and Training and Development in a number of multinational companies. Caoimhe was awarded a certificate/award from the Accel Project for Exceptional Project Management for the ICBE Accel Project for 2006/2007.

Gráinne Walsh, Administrator 
Gráinne is the administrator of client services for the Innovation and Lean Sigma Federation (ILSF) and Innovation and Lean Sigma Skillnet (ILSS). Gráinne's responsibilities cover TL&D, Networking events, www.ilsf.ie, Regional Lean Fora, and Marketing & Advertising. Prior to joining ICBE in 2007, Gráinne worked in the newspaper business; The Washington Post, Irish Echo and The Irish Times.

Fiona Donlon, Training & Client Executive
Fiona is responsible for the organization and co-ordination of the Business Excellence Skillnet project. Duties include Training, Education & Development, Network & Client Services, Marketing & Advertising. Prior to working in ICBE, Fiona worked in a scientific publishing company for over 7 years.
